Somebody completes a quote journey, sees the number, and closes the tab. They are not a cold prospect; they are a person who spent four minutes telling you exactly what they need. And the standard response is to put them into an email sequence that competes with two hundred other unread emails.
PipeIQ lets you follow that up by text from a dedicated UK number, at the moment it is still relevant, with a reply coming back to a shared inbox rather than a no-reply address. It is the same message you were going to email. It simply gets read.
Every message sent through PipeIQ includes an opt-out. Opted-out numbers are locked automatically — your team never has to manage this by hand.
Usually yes — and this is exactly the situation PECR Regulation 22(3) was written for. The soft opt-in covers people who gave you their details "in the course of a sale or negotiations for a sale", which is what a completed quote journey is, provided four conditions are met.
This is the condition most often failed, so it is worth being blunt about it: if your quote form does not offer an opt-out at the moment the number is entered, soft opt-in does not apply and texting is not lawful. PipeIQ handles conditions three and four on the message side; condition one and the form wording are yours.
This page describes how the platform works and summarises the relevant rules in plain terms. It is not legal advice, and responsibility for your lawful basis rests with you as data controller.
One monthly platform fee, then you pay per text sent. No per-seat charges, no volume tiers, no long lock-in. We publish our price. All prices exclude VAT.
It isn't built for an industry — it's built for the moment you need an answer and email is too slow to bother with.
