Is there a contract or minimum term? ▼

How does the 10p/SMS pricing work? ▼

You buy SMS credits in advance. 1 credit = 1 standard SMS segment (up to 160 characters). Credits never expire — it's a standard price of from 10p per SMS sent.

How many clients can I manage on one account? ▼

It depends on your plan. Starter (free) supports 1 client and 1 campaign at a time on a shared UK number. Business (£199/mo) gives you 1 dedicated UK number with no cap on campaigns or contact lists. Agency (£349/mo, waitlist) steps up to 3 dedicated UK numbers and 5 team logins. White Label (£599/mo, waitlist) includes 10 dedicated UK numbers, with additional numbers available at £5/mo each.

Is TPS screening included or extra? ▼

Included. Every contact upload is automatically screened against the TPS/CTPS register before any SMS goes out. There's no extra charge for screening — it's built into the platform.

Do you sign a Data Processing Agreement? ▼

Yes. Every account signs a UK GDPR Article 28 Data Processing Agreement at signup. PipeIQ is a trading name of TradeBoost AI Ltd, ICO registered ZC164080.

Can I pass the cost through to my clients? ▼
